Park of Cottage Grove at Eagan
Park of Cottage Grove held a 1-0 lead after the first despite being outshot 10-4 by the Wildcats. But then Eagan’s Julia Barger and Emily Cronkhite put on a show. Julia had a natty hatty (that’s the cool way of saying natural hat trick for all you unhip readers) with Emily Cronkhite assisting all three. Eagan’s Jenna Ruiz added a PP goal and that is how it ended.
Barger with 3 goals. Cronkhite with 4 assists. And goalie Maddie Nickell with 15 saves on 16 shots.
