Wednesday, November 28th Game Recap

CDH at Roseville

CDH outshot Roseville 41-24 yet only won 1-0.  It took a power play for CDH to solve Roseville’s Maddison Lehto. CDH’s Emily King scored the lone goal of the game on the PP in the second period with the assist going to Bri Willier.

Maddison has been arguably the best goalie in the state so far this season and there might not be a player more valuable to her team.  She has seen an average of 35 shots per game and has a .956 SV%. Roseville’s record is 3-3 and they are only averaging 1.17 goals per game.

I figured this would be a close one and I gave Roseville the slight upset in the preview.  Real life was CDH 1.  Roseville 0.
